EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
The Harn Homestead’s primary offering to the public is to provide educational programming for elementary school-aged students. This programming provides them the opportunity to experience life as a pioneer man or woman first-hand. During a visit to the museum, students take part in activities that demonstrate the hardships, traditions, and work ethic that our early settlers had.
Our donors make it possible for us to offer scholarships for field trip programming. For more information or to see if your school qualifies for a scholarship, please call David Sapper, Education Director at 405-235-4058.
