Harn Homestead Museum

We remember Mrs. Alice Moores Harn on her birthday (February 27, 1854-May 4, 1931). She didn't realize when she came to Oklahoma City in 1891 for her 'brief adventure', that she would spend her remaining 40 years here. Without her, we wouldn't have the Harn House, since it was her "Christmas present and compromise" from William Harn in 1903. Happy Birthday Alice! And thank you for staying in OKC! ... I love this place. Such a great place to bring picnics and have family celebrations
